the staff are lovely. they are polite and helpful. the hotel is modern and eye-pleasing. our room was clean. the room decorations are minimally modern.
the breakfast felt a little limited for such a place.

The staff provided nice and friendly service in the restaurant. The reception area and cleaning services were great as well. They provided required support with smiles and patience. I was very happy.
The extra bed we requested for our daughter was not prepared. We had to request the bed to be made again after going out for dinner. The spare pillows that were provided were very poor quality (they were very worn!). Breakfast felt limited.

the breakfast was quite good. it had a wide selection of items (especially the pastries). the staff at the reception were helpful with directions.
the room i was assigned had poor soundproofing. i could easily hear conversations in adjacent rooms (even quiet ones). the gym was smaller than i anticipated. it had limited equipment.
